I believe you are looking for the Vehicle Certification Label? It also has the vehicle's VIN on it? If so, good luck! I spent endless hours trying to search one down for my '72, as the original had been destroyed when the previous owner had a repaint done, and I was preparing my car for NCRS/Bloomington judging. I found them at Corvette Central (CC). I purchased and had it delivered, however it was not going to be satisfactory for NCRS nor Bloomington judging. So, if judging is your goal here, forget it. If you simply want it just to have it there, then the ones at CC will work. The reason they are not suitable for judging is: 1) They obviously do not come preprinted with your vehicle's info., as the sticker contains different information pertinent to each and every individual car (e.g. VIN#). 2) You could always type/print in the info. yourself, but GM used a strange font type that no one (not even the many experts/judges in NCRS) has ever been able to reproduce. 3) The originals were laminated in some sort of plastic, the ones from CC are not. Good luck.
