Baby #2 is on the way, probably October, gotta stop spending money.

Silly me, and I was going to start pulling the 74 apart soon too.

Well, it's 3:30am here and I'm up with insomnia!

Actually I've been having lots fun with the C5. I changed out my gray interior for black and custom painted a lot of the plastic Kandy Blue. I even won a best interior award at our clubs annual all corvette show. I also taught myself how to tint clear with black to paint my tail lights etc. for a really cool black out look.

. . . and recently I just bought some C5 goodies:

Chromoly roll bar
Z06 brake ducts
White face gauges
A spare set of quarter panels to build some flares!

The flares will be covering the tires I just bought too. I just got some Michelin Pilot Sports in

275 ZR18 Front

and

345 ZR19 Rear

After I build the flares, I'll be ordering a set of rims, probably iForged Aeros in 18x9.5 and 19x12.5.

As you can see, I've been having fun! What have you been up to? I lurk in the C3 area once in a while, but since I just drive the 74 and haven't done anything to her for quite a while, don't post much.

Congrats,I know what you mean,i stopped everything on the 73 and have been spending every dime into my house to get ready for the baby in less then 4 weeks.Im just hoping i have enough left to finish the car before spring. My wife keeps kidding me that my c5(baby) will be arriving in 4 weeks, and in 18 years ill be able to get a c12 when they come out.

No, you'll just be getting a 20 year old C5 to work on!

You ever going to come up to Fort Worth again?

Saturday morning, we're meeting up for breakfast at a Cracker Barrel at Winscott and I-20. Any chance you can make it?
