I think 20's on a c-3 really look retarded .
Ron, has made me change my mind, just for the fact he nailed
it down with the slamming of his c-3. Reguardless of how it rides,
it looks ssoooo awesome with the stance it has, and in no way
GHETTO . Now if the car was at correct ride height with
20's THATS GHETTO, and it looks super stupid. This is my opinion.
I wold drive his car all day long, I think its KICK ***
Just paint them silver - without sanding the chrome of course - you can always use paint thinner or stripper to get the paint off if you don't like it.... paint stripper won't damage the chrome unless you leave it on the wheel for over a week.
Awsome stance. I think that you have nailed the whole look perfectly. I've never been a fan of 20's on anything other than big sedans or trucks, but then again I've not seen one as well executed. Well done.
Easy solution, slightly sand the center part of the wheel and then get the centers powder coated grey/black/silver.
If you dont want to powder coat, mask out the outer rim, a light sand, etch prime and paint will do the same thing.
Another idea would be to take a look at some of the eastwoods paint that replicate "anodizing".....you paint straight over polished aluminum or chrome.

Bingo. I think if you left the outer rim shiny chrome and powder coated the centers to match your paint it would look killer.
If you don't mind telling, how much did those rims set you back?
How about this, a semi translucent darker powdercoat over the center, that way you still would retain the shine of the chrome but at a darker tint, leave the outer rim shiney ..so only coat the center & spokes.
hahaha thats awesome looking I think, now you just need the triple chrome hooker sidepipes and headers and you will have one supremely bad *** little ride.

Hmmmm.. You got me thinking, Twin_Turbo. Great idea.
