Here's a picture of the mounting on a '74, not that it clearly shows the pivots. There are two pivots, one on the back and one on the front. The back one is directly below the sliding stud and nut that you can clearly see in the picture (well, you can clearly see the slot in the bracket). It is a b***h to get to, no two ways about it. The front one is directly across from the rear and behind the pulley. The proper pulley is a segmented pulley so that you can access the bolt through the pulley. Note that this is a solid pulley, which made both pivots a b***h to get to. My only access was an open end wrench, one small fraction of a turn at a time..... One more thing that bubba messed up.
