Was about to bolt up a set a ceramic long tube headers and couldn't find a torque value for aluminum heads in any of my books. I have Edelbrock heads and have torque values for everything but header bolts..... anyone have any idea?
You just want the headers tight enough so they don't leak. Too tight and you will warp the header flange which will guarantee leaks. I go a good handtight on mine working outwards from the center and have never had a problem.
