Default Any good books on prepping/stripping for paint Job?

I originally posted this on the C4 board but didn't get too many responses. Hopefully some of you guys can help me out.

I'm planning on getting my 85 painted soon. I want to prep it as much as I can to save on labor. I don't have any bodywork, and pulling the emblems, "bump" strip, lights and bumper covers shouldn't be a problem. I've never stripped a car down though, and I just need some help to get me pointed in the right direction as far as the stripping/prepping/sanding fiberglass.
I know HP Books makes an "Automotive Paint Handbook"
Mid America has a book called "Painting Your Corvette"
Eckler's has a "Guide to Fiberglass Repair"

Any recomendations?

I wrote up my experiences on my website. Also, vettfixr has written up a good tutorial on his site. I'm pretty sure there's a tech tip submitted by harry74 as well. I found the Ecklers book good for repair tips, but I got most of my info about stripping from other folks' experiences.
