We put together an Arizona Registry - a very informal deal. One of the C4 guys started doing a Corvette Saturday three times a month. He has a 3 car garage, lots of tools, even has a urinal in it! Anywhere from a half dozen to 15 or more people show up on any given Sat. People 'reserve' a bay if there's a particular repair/mod they want to do and there's a lot of help. A number of people have gotten work done that they couldn't have done otherwise and it's saved several people guite a bit of money. It starts at 7:30 or so with coffee and doughnuts, then at some point we switch to, um, colder beverages! There's been several cruises put together as well. I've met a number of *great* people as a result of this forum.

Nothing with a C3 on it. They sell T-shirts in the Corvette Forum Mall with the C5 and C4 silhouette. They'll tell you that they are generic enough that you can't tell. Say's them.

I got to meet 427V8 at a Corvette ralley this Summer. Kinda funny I recognized him by his car. Seeing it in his signature for some time.
Kinda like knowing your girlfriend from the rear :D
