Default vac booster replacement

I beleive my vac booster is taking a dump.My brake pedal isn't at the top and even if i stand on the pedal i can't lock up the brakes.I've bled all wheels and I don't think it's an air problem.Anyone changed theirs that might have some suggestions on replacing it?I have good vacuum at booster and can't pump up the brakes and get a top pedal. My brake pads are all good shape.
I have an 81 and would appreciate input.Well heck you can even come over and input it in.lol Looks like i need to find a monkey small enough to get under dash to get at it. Wave on ! \ ////

usually when the brake booster goes bad it hisses or pedal is rock hard you cant even push it down.....sound like air still in there there a pain to get all the air out sometimes just got done doing my master cylinder and it took 2 days to get it right...good luck

well thwe reason i am thinking its the booster is that maybe its not pushing the rod far enough into masterr cylinder to give me full pedal and to lock the brakes.I maybe wrong.

the rod is adjustable but be careful yo can go to far and then lock up while your driving aftera short distance..go a little bit then see if pedal gets better.

Check the valve at the vac hose (swap one off another car and test). Had to replace mine last week.
