I have an 80 with the Oyster interior with the cloth gray inserts and needed some help making up my mind if I should change the color?

My exterior color is the 80 Brown Metallic or Dark reddish/purplish color. Depends on the light.

I need the following to make the car new again. New seat covers because they have some tears. I need new door panels because it looks like a dog had the passenger one for dinner. I need new carpet because its 21 years old and it smells and has 4 different shades of gray, and a new steering Wheel since the leather is cracked and falling apart.

Since I need to replace almost all of the non-paint items in the car I was thinking I should change it to something else. The white (Oyster) color just shows the dirt way to much for me. I also don’t like the way the cloth fits in with the leather. But the car is never really hot after sitting outside all day. I like how the car keeps rather cool in comparison to my Black on Black C5
