I use 3 way electric solenoid air valves instead on the vacuum relays.
The vacuum relays are the crappy part of the system--the vacuum actuators themselves last for decades and work well.
The ones I used are sold by Taylor Freezer and they are used in McDonalds hamburger grills. If they can last ten years in those nasty places, they ought to last forever in a Corvette.

thats EXACTLY what im doing. im planing on 2 2 way valves electrically controlled. do you have a part number for the 3 way? i couldnt find an electric 3 way valve
IMO, ditch the whole damn thing....tooooo damn heavy and in front of the axel far as you can get too boot....must have lopped off 100 lbs for switching to Ecklers trays but the headlights were too dated looking. so I modded the openings, cutting the fore/aft 10" measurement down to about 5"....making the lo profile late Camaro bulbs mounted in the stock Ecklers sugar scoop/trays look much more modern....
see the site....there is a shot in there of the front, down lo....
I mounted them on a 2" wide and 14" long section of 0.125" aluminum plate. There is a large bolt behind the bumper carrier in the nose that it all bolts too. The relays control the headlights, not the air valves.
The whole assembly is actually flush with the bottom of the valance panel and not visable except by climbing underneath. It all drops out with the removal of the one large bolt that was already there.
It's impossible to get an image because it's mounted in the very nose, but you can see the lower 3-way valve and mounting plate here. The curve in the mounting plate is intentional--to allow fitment upwards.
This system has been installed for about 3 years. Pardon the cobwebs, the car has been down for 7 weeks during a/c and cooling system overhaul.
The vents for the air valves are connected to the air cleaner via another vacuum line--this keeps the dust out of the system and works better than those little pieces of foam in the original vacuum relays.
This is looking up (this is a 1977 btw) from under the nose of the car--that is the lower valance panel looking forward:
