Ball Joints no more than 65 foot-pounds. Remember that the BJ's and the tie rods are taper fit items so they are held in place by the way they fit in the hole. The nut does not need to be overtightened.
Tie rod ends will do fine with a max of 35 Foot Pounds of torque. Sway bar bushings = tight. No spec on this type of an item is necessary to look up.
Idler to drag link is the same type fitting that tie rods have. 35-40 is enough. Hope this helps.
