Default front suspension torque specs

I need the following torque specs for a 1974.

Lower ball joint top nut (Where the grease fitting is)
Tie rod ends
Tie rod adjustment sleeve nuts
Sway bar bushing
Sway bar going to steering knuckle
Idler arm to steering linkage

Thanks for the help.

Ball Joints no more than 65 foot-pounds. Remember that the BJ's and the tie rods are taper fit items so they are held in place by the way they fit in the hole. The nut does not need to be overtightened.

Tie rod ends will do fine with a max of 35 Foot Pounds of torque. Sway bar bushings = tight. No spec on this type of an item is necessary to look up.

Idler to drag link is the same type fitting that tie rods have. 35-40 is enough. Hope this helps.
