'80 brake fluid leak - master cylinder?
As I was working on my new headers and clutch linkage (pics coming soon), I noticed that there is brake fluid dripping from the bottom of the p.b. booster.
I am assuming that the back of the master cylinder is leaking. What else could it be?
If that's the case, then I will probably replace the master cylinder and probably the booster too.
Where do you recommend I buy a new m.c. and booster? Any other recommendations?

Sounds like you need a master cylinder for sure. Booster should be okay unless you find brake fluid in the booster.

Usually when there is brake fluid on the front of the booster behind the master cylinder, it's the mc that's leaking. If you have normal foot presure in applying the brakes, the booster should be okay. I'd replace the mc with a new one or a rebuilt one that is stainless steel sleeved.

I bought a booster M/C already assembled as one piece from the local parts store. It was easy to install.

I bought an assembled MC/Booster from Advance Auto for less than $100.00. Works great. The booster swap is a "challenging" job.
When you remove your MC, check the seal around the rod coming from the booster. My MC had leaked for years while the car sat and the seal just fell out, causing a big vacuum leak.
