Default SS Calipers - How do I know?

Is there a way to tell if the calipers have been SS sleeved without taking them apart? Even then, what should I look for? My experience with disc brake calipers is that inside of the cylinders have a very shiny machined appearance. Anyone have close-up pics of a sleeved caliper?

On the outside, some vendors like Vette Brakes for example stamps a serial number on them. Once apart it is very obvious that a sleeve is in place. You can see the stainless ridge against the cast housing and in the bottom of the hole you can often see the machined cut.

a sleeved caliper has a very distinctive "step" in the bottom, you can see where the original caliper was machined out and the sleeve pressed in, there's a parting line that's very visible.

Thanks, guys. I think my right rear caliper is leaking a little and if I have to do the brakes, I may as well have the calipers sleeved at the same time.
