yeah...I think it came on the early 90s vectras but you can also order a recon rack online, there are plenty of rack rebuilders that offer the rack you want. Do you want R&P? If you can cut, measure and weld and have a basic understanding of bumpsteer geometry it's very easy to build it yourself.
