Default where do the vaccum lines hook up on to carburetor at? (1981 model)

i was wandering if anyone has a diagram or something of where the vaccum hoses hook onto the carb at. The previous owner of my car had a new 4 barrell carb put on, and they didn't hook the hoses back up right. My heat wasn't working, until i changed a hose and now it works. So there are probably others plugged up wrong.

The previous owner was the son of the president of dewalt, and he didn't do any work on the car hiself. he took it to the shop and had everything done. So when they put the new carb on, he also had a new breather put on so he could hear the 4 barrell kick in(i still have the original breather), and they unhooked all the wires in the engine capartment, which they didn't hook up:mad . So I am also having fun hooking those all back up. Anyways, my next question is, there are wires leading from the starter that are unplugged. When I plug them up the car will not start. What could those be?

Thanks for any help!
