i just placed an order also outside mirrors both and both outside door handles and gaskets...will they send you an email of confirmation on this order...

Yes, you should get an automated reply from the store relatively quickly after placing your order. You may not get the personal message from Zip as quickly as we batch up the orders and send them over a few times a day. Also, they aren't always in on the weekends.

You should have an email confirmation from a real live person at Zip by Monday morning.

Hi. I am new member and I just want to let everyone know that ZIP customer service is great. They quickly corrected a problem with my on-line order (Forum discount / shipping charge) and called back telling me that thay credited my MasterCard. I am totally pleased with ZIP. The on-line store is a great idea.
