John, if you haven't already done this I would recommend going to Corvette America and getting the CA number of the Parking Brake Kit. Then go to the Wilcox web page @: http://www.willcoxcorvette.com/

or call them and check their price and discuss the quality of the PB with them.

Their prices will be alot cheaper than Ecklers.... and the Corvette America stuff I have bought has been really good quality...

I used the ss parking brake kit and the regular cables from VB&P and was very happy with the price and the instructions. Forum members typically get 10% off and they support the forum. Very friendly and knoledgeable. Good luck.

The worst problem that I have had with the off shore kits is that the pivot on the actuator bracket is weak and will break. So ask the vendor and inspect the part when you get it. The pin is a smaller diameter where it is pressed into the bracket. I have had them break on the first pull. Its a pisser to have to go back in there after you have done all of that work.
