That is the RPO code for TRANSMISSION,3-SPO AUTO (THM350C)
RPO stands for Regular Production Option. LS6, L88 and L71 are motor RPO codes
Most codes that start with A or B are appearance and comfort items most L codes are engines and M codes are transmissions. I'm sure there could be exceptions to the code grouping but most I have seen are as above.
