Default rad removal??

Iam pulling my old engine out next weedend, just wondering weather I need to take radiator out ??

removing fan and pump, alternator, ac compressor, power steering you can squeek it out

if you are going to go through all thats involved in pulling the eng. why not pull the rad and get it flushed at the same time?
Chances are it needs it!!!

whats involed in flushing rad?, can I do it diy at home?

basically get a bottle of radiator flush at WalMart and follow the directions. but for more details....

Even though its not necessary, its always a good idea so you can clean away any debris that may have accumulated- not to mention, it doesn't take much of a slip when removing the engine to damage the radiator. I would at least cover the core with a thin piece of plywood for protection, just in case.
