Default 68 Rally Wheel Question

I'm looking to buy a set of stock 7 inch rally wheels from a local guy which he says have codes K 11 8 on one side of the valve stem and AG on the other side . They have a 4 1/4 backset which I'm not sure will clear my trailing arm bracket for the e-brake . My stock spare wheel clears the bracket but the spare wheel has only a 3 3/4 backset. The codes on my spare wheel read K 1 8 and AG Why do these wheels with same codes have different backsets and will the 4 1/4 backset work with 245/60R 15 tires and not rub.

The AG wheel is correct for the 68 and assuming that the rest of the car is as built the wheels are what is supposed to be on the car.

However the tire is not stock, and may have a different profile that the original sidewall. The only way to know is to try it and see in my mind. 245 sounds a bit big, with lots of sidewall "curve" compared to the 8" AZ rallys I run with 255/60's on them.

I had 8 inch aftermarket rally's on it with these tires and the rub hard. Those 8 inch were a 4 1/ 4 backset. What is the backset supposed to be on the stock 8 inch AZ rallys ?
