Default New seat covers

I finally have finished the restoration of my seat frames and am ready for new covers. What does everyone think of the "leather-like" covers that CA, Ecklers etc sells? Do they last as long as leather? Look good? Thanks for the help.

Lot's of opinions on this around here, so I'll through my .02 in. Many say that the "leather like" have the same grain as real and look nice. Some will say that they don't last, and lack the "smell" and "feel" of real. I even read that one guy had his cover rip at the seam after a few weeks. How long you'll keep your car, and the money you have available, should determine your decision. Leather will hold up for years and years if cared for properly, and maintain the value of your car. You will install real once, and be very happy with them! Can't honestly say that about imitation. IMHO.. I would put nothing less than "real" in mine, even if I had to wait, to save up $$ for them. Good Luck in your decision.

The Last Detail is offering free shipping on seat covers and door panels right now. If you are interested give them a call or look them up on the web. Usually have pretty good prices also.
