Anyone know what it does for a 74 rear lamp harness?

The only sequencing module that I've ever heard of is an aftermarket piece that blinks the turn signals in sequence, ie. inside light then outside light, like the old Thunderbirds that had 3 or 4 tail lights and blinked in sequence from inside to outside.

The sequencing module on the 74s was used to control the seat belt interlock system. Your best bet is to bypass the whole mess. I did it many many years ago when my car stalled at a drive up teller and wouldn't start. I wish I could remember how to bypass it but it was so long ago I've forgotten. Maybe someone else can help.
