I don't know the part numbers but I have a ZIP file full of info and pics on making your own, including templates with measurements. If you're interested, send me your email address and I will forward it along to you.

What about drilling in the covers? I have heard a lot of people using Deus fasteners without drilling in the bodywork, where would i mount these and what type of fasteners do i need to order?

I made up little brackets coming off of the buckets and drilled a small hole in the covers to mount them.

Round off the corners on the lexan covers to help prevent cracking. fgregg, guldstrand and occasionally ebay are about the only places you will find them

I have heard of people using thier existing "blub backing plates" on the lemans headlight setup, any modification required? Also since GM does not make the Corvair backing plates anymore, is there another source for new ones?

Hey Durango, could I get that ZIP file as well? It's kmckirryher@hotmail.com Wasn't there someone here on the forums that was making the covers, or had made some? Love the look by the way Pat, yours and lvrpool32's old setup are the two of my favorite's, for the FIA headlights. Nice work!

Would like to tag on for the file for the headlights. I just sold my 64 GrandSport, bought a 71 and I am starting the L-88 conversion, modern suspension etc. Also who makes the tear drop covers? Thanks

I got mine from Jim at classicaircraftautoinc.com They are well made and Jim is a great guy to work with. He was at Carlisle this year so many of you might have seen his products.
