I am installing all LED lights to my 1995 vette. I found "a" flasher on the passenger side under the dash by right knee in a clip (I'm told there are two flashers) I replaced the original flasher with a heavy duty flasher (not LED). Willo that make a difference? 4-ways work fine with the HD, turn signals just stay on. Was told I need to replace the turn signal flasher too. Where is that located???

After talking to Bill at a corvette repair shop in Hales Corners, Wisconsin, he told me where to look for the turn signal flasher. It was not easy to find by the way... it is located under the the dash on driverside. Had to remove lower kick panal, unclip light and remove panal. Then had to take a 10mm wrench and remove the metal panal cover. Flasher is located behind there in the upper left area. NO way you would get to it without taking everything apart. Emergency flasher is located passenger side behind knee panal. Had to remove several parts to get to that too. Every thing works great now. LED's look great

You should probably ask that in the C4 Tech section:

I know that this is an old thread, but in case someone is looking for both, hazard and blinker flashers, they are located in the fuse panel on the driver's side in my 1980 C3.

Is the turn signal flasher unit located in the fuse box or on the R/H side of the car under the kick panel????
