Default 1980 Corvette Electrical diagram / HAYNES book

Gents....

IN the HAYNES book for corvettes, electrical diagrams for many models are printed at the back except for the 1980 corvette.
I'm assuming that the '80 model is the same for the previous or the following year. Which one ?

1979 OR 1981 ?

Anyone can confirm this ?

It would have to be the 79 because the 81 went to the computer.I'll go check my diagrams and get back to you.

Thats probably best is to choose the system you need.
When I looked in my books it looks like you would be using some diagrams from the 79 and some from the 81.

I'm not sure what you need, but on my web site I have all the 1980 electrical schematics for your viewing pleasure.

Hope that helps.

OK that explains that.I have some 80s I work on but never noticed any computer stuff.Must be the 305 ci motors.I wouldnt mind having one of those now with the fuel prices.Wonder what mpg was promised with them.
