Default New question for you

Directional signals work fine on both left and right turns until i turn on the headlights. Now only the right turn signal works and not the left signal? Turn off the headlights and they both work fine again!
Any solutions to point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance for any help.....

Its probably poor (high resistance) grounding at the left rear lamp housing (or maybe left front). When the headlights/taillights are on you get a voltage-drop across the poor ground; the turn-signal/brake filament doesn't have 12v across it so it doesn't pull as much current as usual so the flasher stays on rather than cycling off & on. Look at it on a dark night & you'll probably see one looking sort of dim. Fix the ground. You might also install an electronic flasher; they're a bit more but operate better in situations like this...

Mine does the same thing except it's the right that doesn't work when I turn the headlights on.

Look for a bad ground. A wire brush & sandpaper will probably take care of you problem for free!
