Silver, Thanks for the invite! I work week-ends so I doubt I can make it, but it sounds as though it would be fun to socialize with a few other Forum members! Is that the same week-end as the Mecum Auction down there? I've never attended and was wondering if you had any info on what type of turn-out they get for that?

I'm counting you in on the Lars visit and will get back with more details as I get them. Thanks again for your support.

Regards, Mark :flag :chevy

Hi mark.. Actually My BBQ is the same weekend as the NCRS meet in Orlando. I dont't know about the auction but there is some sort of aucion at the show. The NCRS meet is four or five days long with Saturday being the last day. This is more than just a show. There will be at least a couple hundred vendors there plus about ANY part you will ever need for Corvettes. Admission is FREE too. Any Idea what dates Lars will be here?

Larry,

Can't make it this year thanks to having to work :cry , hope you still have plenty of plates and utensils left from last time, guess I could always UPS another box load to you ;) . I'm sure you'll be happy to know Charlie won't be there, he went nuts...or should I say "more nuts" and got married and ran off to Las Vegas. Too bad I can't make it, it would be a great story for the party and those guys who met Charlie last time. BTW, he blew up the motor in his 64 last I heard.

Even if I could make it I'd have to drive the Neon there as the Vette motor is in the process of coming out soon.

For those of you who haven't been to Larry's BBQ, GO! Larry and Paula are great hosts and a good time is assured.

Send me some pictures after the party!
Scott

Almost forgot this; St. Armands Corvette show this year is May 4th or 5th so mark your calendar, probably with a BBQ at my place afterwards.

Thanks Larry, sounds like you throw a great party. Not yet sure of dates for Lars visit but will certainly post when I find out. Perhaps you have a friend who might want to get some work done on their car('Vette or other musclecar), if so, you could come up together as "Team Orlando"!!!
