That's the same link. It's just two clicks up from my link. After clicking on the link above click on the "Jim Shea Articles" and then the steering gear adjustment document and you end up at the same place.

I have 18"x 9.5 tires on my 74 and although the steering seems pretty decent, its when I hit the slightest bump that the car jumps or swerves and scares the crap out of my at times... Im just something is worn out. I have to get it up on ramps or a lift. I made this screw adjustment to my old dodge ram years back and it did wonders there.

I told how to do this in another thread....amazing the difference huh! And how EASY it is. Mark the Allen and the Jamb nut for the future.
Check the rag joint periodically.

check to see if the tie rod ends are set to Quick ratio or Slow ratio...that'll make a difference to...depends on preferences.

no the c4 had much tighter R&P steering with two optional ratios.
