Default Caliper upgrade

How much modification would it take to upgrade from C3 calipers to C5 calipers. I am wanting to upgrade my 77's calipers but not sure of how much work it would take to do this. Can anyone help?

These D8's are a replica of the stock caliper but only weigh 5 lbs.

I have C5 brakes and it was a pain to get to where I am today. I am happy with the setup, but there are some large obstacles to overcome to get it all working correctly and I still don't have an E-brake (one of my winter projects is to add a pinion mounted caliper).

Both of the options that VanSteel posted are excellent choices and they are a great place to deal with. The D8's are your budget option and the other gives you the bling factor.
