Default Hose routing - Please

Does anybody have images how the vacuum hoses are connected to the dual inlet?

Connections under the air cleaner?

To the engine?

The two vaccum chambers T together and connect to a device of some sort mounted to the air cleaner base - a single line goes to a manifold vacuum port on the back of the Q-jet near where the power brake vacc signal comes from.

Clamp is worked into the plastic tube it self, goes over the air breather & air inlets and snaps into place all major vendors have the parts.

At some point (in 1977 i think) motors began to be painted blue. for example my 78 when I still had the original L82 had a blue block and water pump. The intake was painted an aluminum color...and was aluminum. I dont know why it wouldnt have been kept just natural alum in color.

Block, heads, water pump are painted blue. GM had to blues make sure you get the right one. The coorect one was used for 78-82. Intake was painted silver/alluminum color. Brackets for alt, power steering and A/c are satin black

Hope this helps
