No, that's a stock system with mufflers. A chambered system has no mufflers. Instead the exhaust pipes have numerous indentations, or chambers, in the pipes. Chamber pipes are the same design as the pipes used with factory side exhaust.

Stainless Works makes an EXCEPTIONAL chambered exhaust for the 68-77 Corvette. I installed it on a '69 L46 because I wanted the sidepipe 'roar' without the bulky sidepipes. They delivered!!!
And, they were stainless so they didn't rot. Awesome sound in my opinion. They offer stainless exhaust components for all models of 'vette from '63 to date.
