Kinda depends on what you mean. With your size tire (255/60/15) a 1:1 top gear and 3.55 rear would give you 56.9 mph at 2500 engine rpm. However, 3000 rpm should move you 20% faster, so at 3000, you should be moving at 68.3 mph.
