That is the GM Shop Manual for your 1980 Corvette. It may be a reprint, which is fine, but you can also locate originals on ebay.
It is a good book, used by the dealers for repairs. At times it may be hard to understand, but can always do a search or ask questions here.
You should also invest in the AIM book for your Vette. Between those two books, you will have a great deal of info at your fingertips.....Tom

Is the AIM book the assembly manual if so I just got one from Wilcox. If that shop manual is not the best which one is?

that shop manual is the best. looks like the CD version though, I prefer the actual book copy
