The owner is a little abbrasive, but his guys know what they're doing.
If you want body or paint work done, there is a shop right down the street from Houston Corvette on Steffani. He's won numerous 'best paint' at the Houston Autorama, and he is the only person I found in Houston that knows how to properly blend candy. I cant remember the business name, but call Kelly at 281-235-7066. He's the owner. Tell him the guy that owns 'No Lady' sent you to him. He'll treat you right.

I was given a business card to "The Corvette Doctor" in Houston. 713-973-0211, and located on 1330 Sherwood Forest, Houston, TX. I have had no personal experience, but was given this recommendation.

As far as Nabers, they are a great full restoration shop, repairs on a C3 is not what they do. They do full restoration unless something has changed in their business plan.
South in Kemah there is Kemah Classics operated by Rob (281) 678-7171. Does a great deal of work on vettes C2's and C3's. He has changed out my brake booster, heater water valve and complete brake job. Wouldn't be taking it back if they didn't do good work.
