Not that I know of. The pipe comes off the manifold and then bends several times to make the exit on the side. There really is no place where you could, nor would you want to install cats.
I guess my thoughts are this. Side pipes are "technically" illegal on any car that couldn't originally have them as a factory option. All cars that had them originally and legally, didn't have cats. So you wouldn't need cats on a car that could legally have side pipes. In the case where you are installing them on a car that could not originally come with them, they are illegal, and therefore you must live in an area where the State does not do exhaust inspections. If this is the case, if you're illegal anyway, what do you care whether you have cats or not? The only thing to consider here is if they do a sniffer test, and then the cats might help you. However, if you have a well maintianed car in good condition, you should be able to pass this test with the proper tuning and without cats.
