Gasket sealer. It's real sticky and suppose to increase the gaskets sealing ability.

This is what I was recommended to use for my engine build and I have aluminium heads.

http://www.permatex.com/products/Aut...ve_Sealant.htm

Just rang Permatex Tech. line and was told that the amount of copper in this produst is minimal and there is no issue with this product and Aluminium heads.

87-PERMATEX (877.376.2839)

Go ahead and use it

If you plan on doing a head swap in a year or two I wouldnt use it. Clean up is a bitch. Just buy high quality head gaskets and bolts.

I used the Permitex copper spray on my head gaskets, the gaskets were .015 steel shims and manufacture recommended using a sealer. Have not had any problems so far.
