Default 82 no fuel to injectors

My 82 stopped getting fuel to injectors. I changed pump and sending unit, filter, and relay switch and that worked for a few minutes, then same problem. I put in a new ECM and chip, car started but quickly lost fuel to one injector and then a moment later the other one stopped, now pump won't come on. Car also has new oil pressure switch, coolant temp switch, distributor, plugs, wires, battery, and alternator. I've also checked all fuses and links. Any ideas? Thanks.

Fuel pressure regulator. Pull the fuel filter line and install a gauge

Do you have power to the pump?

Will it run if you pour gas down the TBI's?

Jim
