I think its hard to beat American Racing Torque Thrust 2s on a C3, here goes, 18x8 4bs 245/45/18 front and 18x9.5 5.5bs 275/40/18 rear/

2000 vette wheels, 18x9.5 rear, with 3 inch adapter, and 17 x 8.5 front, with 2.5 inch adapter.

Could get away with just 2.25 inch adapter in front, and 2.75 in in rear, but wanted to keep my options open on tire sizes.

Default Wheels

Budnik Pentacle's with black powder coated centers. I believe they're 15x8's and the tires are 255's.
