Default Carb help

Quick fuel 750 vac secondaries .

ZZ430 clone I did over this winter.

Timing set all in at 2800 36 degrees ,, BUT I am using a harbor freight timing light.
(first road test had to get gas )

My issue: If I take motor rpm up in a steady rate it pulls and goes really strong.

However if i nail it I am getting popping out of carb . once that clears the car pulls like a gorilla (I have never encountered a gorilla so take that for what it is worth)

Any ides where I should start to figure this out would be sweet !
