Same block and reciprocating assembly as in the first picture. It's an 880 block and appears to have been a GM 300hp 350 crate motor. I don't think it had 15k miles.
I swapped to vortec 062 heads with LS3 beehive springs and mopar valve seals. This gave me lots of room for the XR276HR roller cam I installed in place of the flat tappet version that came out. Heads are installed over .015 steel gaskets to bump the compression up (due to the dished pistons) and are topped with Comp Cams Magnum 1.52 roller tip rockers arms. LT1 roller lifters, guides and retainer keep everything moving and transfer lift through Comp's magnum pushrods.
Intake is performer RPM (non air gap) and I'm still deciding whether to run a street avenger 670 or a 750 dual feed single pump I have on the shelf.
All new premium gaskets throughout, and an ATI Super Damper for good measure.
The whole thing will breathe through Hooker Super Comp long tubes.
I took tons of pics of the build up process, but didn't want to clutter the place up
