Ecklers cat hose oops
Order arrived today from Ecklers: Hi-flow catalytic converter (Bubba had put on a Honda unit) and a "pump to converter replacement hose kit" - PN41194 . Needed the hose replaced because Bubba's Honda had none.
But the "replacement hose" is only about 16" long...
Now if you measure from smog pump to converter, it's more like 5 feet.
The saga continues...

Maybe Bubba cut the tube when he used the Honda converter. I recently repalced the converter....it was original so the tube ran all the way to the converter.
I bought one of those adaptor hose kits. I wasn't impressed. Directions said to maintain a certain distance between the rubber hose and the exhaust. Impossible.
I adapted the old tube back to the new converter.
