Installed Milodon 30701 oil pan this weekend. Had a Transdapt pan. Now, there is better clearance between the steering linkage and oil pan. Closer to 1" clearance. Before, was less than 1/2" between linkage and pan.

This pan has thicker rails and a better drain plug/fitting.

Reason for replacement: Pan was leaking. Figured either faulty pan or damaged 1-piece fel-pro oil pan seal. Also swapped in a stock volume mellings oil pump (ML-55) with new pickup.

Now, no leak.
