Hi everyone its been a while since I have been on. A quick update I am currently in the middle of a complete engine rebuild only not touched is the block! nearly ready to get her dropped back into the car. I have a 71 coupe that is a cable driven tach etc with the new set up the distributor is electric, my question is what is the best way to adapt form the cable system to electronic while keeping the stock look interior? Is there an adapter kit or is there an easy soloution?

The easiest way is to use a tach drive HEI distributor. There are quite a few available that range in price from $60 (imported) to over $300. Do a quick search on ebay for options.
