[QUOTE=ddawson;1589552685]Here is mine.
18x8 -12 Offset
Goodyear tires 255/45-18 and Tredwear letters.
Awww, that is the look. Correct backspace IMO. I've lost my attachment to the old 15s, anymore they look like big black doughnuts. Got some 18" Coys C5 with Potenza RE-11s on order already. I'll be a tad lower than your car and 9.5" rears.
To me, this is all about optimum performance engineering more than looks. But I'll be pretty happy if it looks good too!

1972 LS5 stock wheels with 255-60R15V tires
This is my 72 with a set of Kumho 255-60 R15 V-rated tires.
Due to regulations in my country I have to use V-rated tires because the possible top speed of the car is +210 km/h.
So tire selection was pretty difficult since V-rated 15 " car tires
are not available anymore . So this tire is more a SUV all season tire but legal. Performance is poor, may be it works in mud and snow :-)
The white rings are vulcanised by a custom tire shop.
My goal is to find the most stock looking 17" Ralley wheel.
I would be thankfull if anybody could help

Discount tires direct. But found the rims at performanceplustires.com for $99 a piece. Called up discount tire and had them match the price. Tires were like 90 a piece plus $3 for stems. Free mounting, balancing, and shipping. Bought new gorilla lug nut from them for $45 which I know could have got cheaper elswhere but I gave that to them, figured they had to make some money lol.

C6 Wheels on my C3
I finally got in the wheel adapters from JR Motorsports and was able to install the wheels. Beside needing to lower it about 2 inches all the way around I don't think it looks too bad.

I had the wheels on for awhile but now the front coilover suspension mods and alignment are done. Now sitting how I like it. SLP ZR1 style wheels with 245-45-17 BFG tires. 4.5" backspace. Only mod was flipping e-brake clip.
