when i bought my 78 pace car new, i went down and had true spokes put on that day. in about 2 months of cleaning them i sold them and put torque thrusts on it. i sold the true spokes to another corvette guy and a year later the rust was awful. they take a lot of work , keep them cleaned and waxed. but they do look great.
so far so good....I clean them with Mothers wheel cleaner and blow dry hem to keep the water out.
A black vette with spoke wheels is high maintenance but it sure looks good imo
Yes lower it, it has a vbp suspension so totally adjustable. 4" wider fenders, will need new offset and 12 or 13 wide wheels. Also a ls3 a6. I love the wheels just decided to go new direction. I have a wide fender and big wheel addiction.
