for 1) the NOS come from regulator

for 2) the return ligne come from meca pump and NOS from T between meca pump and carburator

for 3) the return ligne come from meca pump and NOS from regulator

for 4) the NOS come from regulator and the return ligne from T between meca pump and carburator

just put the pump as far back as you can. then go to the regulator and into the carb. if you run only one line you need to split it. Split the line into two, then put a regulator on each side and one to the carb and the other to the fuel solinoid. Put both regulator at 7 pounds.
