Yes, that's what it looks like when they come apart.
Are you keeping track of the small parts, shims, and fasteners? Doing that makes it a LOT easier when it's time to make it into a car again.

Another 73 getting a makeover... I remember when I was at this point on my 73. Keep the pictures coming and do not hesitate to ask questions as you go alone. You are surely going to get opinions...

ZipLoc (gallon and quart) bags and a permanent Sharpie marker are great for bagging and identifying loose parts, so you can get it back together correctly.
