Default Vendor Praise! -- Zip

Well, after my dealings with Zip and Wes Taylor (my salesman), I have concluded that I rather enjoyed doing business with them and will continue to do so.

Not only did I get the 5% Forum discount on all the body panels I ordered, but when one of the panels did not arrive, Wes made a personal inquiry into what happened to it. As soon as he found out that it had never been shipped, he got one sent out right away at no extra charge to me.

I can get started on my repairs now, thanks to a great company and great customer service. Thanks Wes and Zip! :seeya

I'll definitely buy more from Zip and recommend them to all my Corvette friends.

I concur. I have ordered lots of stuff, probably 30 orders, from Zip and have not been disappointed once. They did just send me a headlight vacuum splitter/check valve that both sucked and blew, (should suck only) but the replacement came real quick. I can usually get thru to the salesman who also owns an 81 and he seems very familiar with most of the details. They will continue to hear from me.

I've always had good luck with ZIP and so far not one order out of many has ever been wrong or late, never had a back order either. I will continue to order from them.

I too have had good service form them also from Wes. They are my first choice - plus they support the forum which helps keep it up and running.

I've ordered many many times from Zip and have a folder of receipts. :D The very few times there were problems with my order, (the part was not what I expected in terms of originality details, or the wrong part) they handled the situation very quickly. :yesnod:

I made my first order from them Monday and talked to Jeff. He was alot of help and he took the time to answer all my questions. Hopefully the order will come on time and everything will go smooth.

For all my moans about Corvette Central, I have always had great service from Zip (and Wes). I only went to C.C. because Zip didnt carry Halogen headlights for a C3. The Hi beams I got from C.C. dont even fit and they wont answer my email query. Anyway been there before!

No Zip are good for me, even on exports.

That would be my opinion. When dealing with Wes by email, I have always received nearly instant response. No moss gathers on that rolling stone. You might try reaching him through the ZIP section of the forum.
