I had KN and went to the standard basic. KN had a maintenance oil type spray much higher costs (You never have to replace) . . . and given most Vette duty is NOT on dusty roads or even 12k miles a year, why go through the pain. And they don't look that great . . . not a stock look . . . from the one I purchased. It's now sitting in the box my std filter came in.
