I used Hawk HPS and Wilwood BP-10, both brake well but leave dust. On 100 mile trips it's OK because I wash the car. If I hit rain it makes for an ugly wheel, but a 400 plus day with or without rain, its just ugly-plus and it is very hard to clean the tire and raised white letters.
I am going to try the Hawk ceramic this spring.

Carbotech 1521 pad is a high quality low dust brake pad for the street. Some info below if interested I will be happy to help you let me know.

Carbotech™ Bobcat 1521™ The Carbotech Bobcat 1521™ is our high performance street compound that is our most successful compound. The Bobcat compound is known for its awesome release and modulation, along with unmatched rotor friendliness. Like our AX™ & XP™ line of compounds, Bobcat 1521™ is a Ceramic based friction material offering minimal rotor damage and non-corrosive dust. Bobcat 1521™ offers outstanding performance, even when cold, low dusting and low noise with an excellent initial bite. This compound’s virtually perfect linear torque production provides incredible braking force without ABS intervention. Bobcat 1521™ operating range starts out at ambient and goes up to 900°F. Bobcat 1521™ is suitable for ALL street cars, perfect for your tow vehicle, police cruiser. The Bobcat 1521™ compound has been found to last two-three times longer than OE pads you can purchase at a dealership or national retailer. That’s one of the beauties of Carbotech Ceramic brake compounds. Bobcat 1521™ is NOT recommended for any track use.

I also use the Hawk HPS and don't notice a great accumulation of dust - of course I realize I probably don't drive the car enough

I went Hawke HPS as well

Almost 2 year later and I have not noticed excessive dust at all.

Have them on my Monaro as well and its fairly dust free as well.

I ran the Hawk pads on a heavy SUV a couple of years back. While they were low dust; they ate through my expensive drilled and slotted rotors in less than a year! The pads didn't wear a bit!!

Any commercially available semi metallic pad will be lower dust than the stock pads and will still be quiet and usable on the street.

Where are Delco pads made nowadays? In one of those countries you never heard of?
